Terms of Service

Welcome to CoreChunk. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, and applications (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully before using our Services. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use our Services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CoreChunk Technologies Inc. ("CoreChunk," "we," "us," or "our").

To use our Services, you must: • Be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract • Not be prohibited from using the Services under applicable law • Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account If you are using the Services on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

CoreChunk provides digital services including but not limited to: • Web Development: Custom websites, web applications, and e-commerce solutions • Mobile App Development: iOS and Android application development • UI/UX Design: User interface and user experience design services • Digital Marketing: SEO, email marketing, and campaign management • Cloud Hosting: Server management and deployment services • Ongoing Support: Maintenance, updates, and technical support The specific scope of services for each project will be defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or project agreement.

When you create an account with us, you agree to: • Provide accurate, current, and complete information • Maintain the security of your account credentials • Promptly update your information if it changes • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or illegal activity.

Ownership of Work Product: Upon full payment, you will own all rights to the final deliverables created specifically for your project, including source code, designs, and documentation, unless otherwise specified in the project agreement. Pre-Existing Materials: We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries, and components used in creating your deliverables. You receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use these materials as part of your project. CoreChunk Branding: The CoreChunk name, logo, and branding are our exclusive property and may not be used without our prior written consent.

Payment Structure: Our standard payment structure is as follows: • 30% due upon project commencement • 40% due upon design approval or major milestone • 30% due upon project completion Payment Methods: We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, and other methods specified in your invoice. Late Payments: Invoices are due within 14 days of receipt. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge. We reserve the right to suspend work on projects with outstanding balances. Refunds: Deposits are non-refundable. Refunds for completed work are provided at our discretion based on the circumstances.

Both parties agree to: • Keep confidential information private and secure • Use confidential information only for the purposes of the project • Not disclose confidential information to third parties without consent • Return or destroy confidential materials upon project completion Confidential information includes business plans, technical specifications, customer data, and any information marked as confidential. This obligation survives the termination of our agreement.

Our Warranties: We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. Disclaimer: EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED, OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: • Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim • We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages • We shall not be liable for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory upon which liability is based and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Either party may terminate the agreement: • For convenience with 30 days written notice • Immediately if the other party materially breaches these Terms • Immediately if required by law Upon Termination: • You will pay for all services rendered up to the termination date • We will deliver all completed work • Both parties will return or destroy confidential information • Sections on intellectual property, confidentiality, and limitation of liability survive termination

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hyderabad County, California. Both parties consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts and waive any objection to venue.

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the updated Terms on our website. Changes become effective upon posting. Your continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We will provide notice of material changes via email or prominent website notice at least 30 days before they take effect. You should review these Terms periodically for updates.
