Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Core Chunk website (corechunk.com) and any services you engage us to provide. By visiting our website or commissioning a project, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Core Chunk is a digital engineering and design studio based in Hyderabad, India. We build websites, mobile apps, AI-powered products, and digital solutions for businesses globally. If you're engaging us on behalf of a company or organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

To engage with Core Chunk, you must: • Be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction. • Have the authority to enter a legally binding agreement, either personally or on behalf of your organisation. • Provide accurate information during the engagement process. We reserve the right to decline services at our discretion, including to anyone who has previously violated these Terms.

Core Chunk provides digital services including but not limited to: • Web and mobile application development • UI/UX design and branding • AI integration and automation • Cloud infrastructure and DevOps • SEO and digital marketing • Ongoing maintenance and support The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and cost of each engagement are defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or project agreement signed by both parties. In the event of a conflict, the SOW takes precedence over these general Terms.

Upon receipt of full payment for a project: • You own the final deliverables: All custom code, designs, content, and assets specifically created for your project are transferred to you. • We retain our tools: Core Chunk retains ownership of its internal frameworks, reusable libraries, templates, and development tooling. You receive a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use these as part of your delivered product. • Portfolio rights: Unless you request otherwise in writing, we reserve the right to feature your project in our portfolio and case studies. Neither party may use the other's name, logo, or trademarks for public promotion without prior written consent.

• Standard projects are billed on a milestone basis: typically 40% upfront, 40% at mid-project review, and 20% upon final delivery. • Retainer and ongoing engagements are billed monthly, in advance. • Invoices are due within 14 days of issue unless otherwise agreed in writing. • Overdue invoices are subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month from the due date. • Active development may be paused on accounts with invoices outstanding beyond 30 days. • All fees are quoted in INR (or as agreed) and exclude applicable taxes (GST). Cancellations after project commencement require 14 days' written notice. Any completed work up to the point of cancellation will be invoiced and is payable.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public, proprietary information shared during the engagement, including but not limited to: • Business strategies, product roadmaps, and unreleased features • Financial data, pricing models, and client lists • Technical architecture, source code (prior to delivery), and credentials This obligation applies during and for two (2) years after the conclusion of the engagement. It does not apply to information that becomes publicly available through no fault of the receiving party. Specific NDAs can be executed on request for sensitive engagements.

• Core Chunk delivers all work with professional care and to the agreed specification. We do not, however, guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue targets, or search engine rankings. • Our liability for any claim arising from a project is limited to the total amount you paid us for that specific project. • We are not liable for delays or failures caused by third-party platforms (hosting providers, APIs, payment gateways) or circumstances outside our control. • The website is provided "as is" for informational purposes. We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.
