The Challenge
The client had a bounce rate of 60% on mobile due to slow image loading and clunky navigation. They needed a way to showcase high-res fashion photography without sacrificing speed.
The Solution
We built a headless commerce solution using Next.js and Shopify Storefront API. We implemented a custom image optimization pipeline and a 'tinder-like' swipe interface for product discovery.
