Context-Aware "Smart Pills"
An adaptive UI that changes input selector types based on product category context.

THE PROBLEM
An adaptive UI that changes input selector types based on product category context.

Dropdowns are slow. For high-frequency inventory browsing, users want to see all options at once, but showing every option for every product is messy.

We replaced dropdowns with context-aware pills. For 'MDF Sets' it shows counts (5, 10, 20). For 'Bangles' it shows sizes (2.2, 2.4).
The pills are connected to the live inventory matrix. If 'Size 2.2' in 'Red' is out of stock, the pill is instantly visually disabled.

Users can now scan and select variants 3x faster than traditional dropdowns, leading to higher conversion rates.
